See every customer in one list, ordered by critical and open incidents, with tripped circuit breakers, enforcing and observe-only hosts, and when each was last seen.
Act for customers, safely
Open a customer and work in it with your MSP role, capped at admin. Ownership stays with the customer, and every action you take there is written to that customer's hash-chained audit log.
